Our Engineering Leadership Circle meets virtually either weekly or fortnightly for focused, interactive sessions designed for engineering managers to discuss leadership topics and challenges.
Sessions: Each session lasts 45—60 minutes and offers a blend of facilitated discussions, peer support, and actionable insights that you can apply directly to your team. Sessions take place over Google Meet.
Group size: To ensure a meaningful and productive exchange, group sizes will be limited to 4-6 members. This allows for ample time for everyone to contribute, ask questions, and share their experiences.
Commitment: We ask that participants commit to attending at least 80% of the sessions to foster continuity and build stronger peer relationships.
